Dispatch
Orders placed before 4:00 pm on a working day leave our Sealdah counter the same day. Delivery across West Bengal usually takes 2–4 working days; the rest of India, 4–7.
Returns
Incense is a consumable, so opened packs cannot be taken back. If a pack arrives damaged, crushed or short, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and we will replace it or refund it in full.
