Shipping
We strive to deliver the products purchased from Agarbatti Bazar in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Every order is packed and checked at our shop on Rajkumar Chakraborty Sarani, Sealdah, before it leaves us. Delivery charges, as applicable, may be charged for your orders.
With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another message containing the shipping details. Kindly note that the AWB (delivery tracking code) might take time from the courier's end to get updated, although the package could have been picked up by the courier.
Dispatch
- Orders placed before 4:00 pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.
- Wholesale and case orders are scheduled with you before dispatch.
- You will get a tracking number by SMS and WhatsApp once the parcel is handed over.
Delivery
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via India Post's book post / speed post / parcel service. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
- Kolkata and Howrah: 1–2 working days.
- Rest of West Bengal: 2–4 working days.
- Rest of India: 4–7 working days.
- Areas served only by India Post may take 1–2 weeks, depending on the location and India Post's delivery policy.
Charges
- Flat ₹59 shipping across India.
- Free shipping on every order above ₹799.
- Collection from the Sealdah shop is always free — choose it at checkout.
Cash on delivery
COD is available across India. Please keep the exact amount ready; couriers may not carry change.
Incorrect shipping information
You are required to provide proper and complete shipping information at the time of placing the order. Once the products are shipped or out for delivery, you shall not change, modify, edit or vary the shipping address.
In case of incorrect shipping information, the product will be returned to us by the delivering partner/courier service and, at our decision, a coupon code or store credit will be provided to you.
Though we regret such inconvenience, we shall not be held responsible for any loss or delay or for any claim due to incorrect shipping information provided by you at the time of placing the order.
