1. Cancellation of order
All products, services, and information displayed on this website constitute an "invitation to offer". We reserve the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under a situation where Agarbatti Bazar is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed, or the order so placed/cancelled does not comply with our policy, or for any other reason. However, we will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, if so cancelled, is intimated within a reasonable time to the concerned person, and any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
2. Cancellations by the customer
In case we receive a cancellation request and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. Orders that have already been shipped out by us will not be cancelled, and you will have to check our Return & Refund policy on those orders. In case of customised products, no cancellations are allowed once the ordered item has been taken up for production. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and to accept our decision as binding regarding the cancellation.
3. Refund of order
For delivered orders, refunds will be considered only in cases of manufacturing defects, transit damage, incorrect products, or missing items, subject to verification. Customers must provide clear images of the product and packaging, along with a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the opening of the sealed package. Requests that do not include these supporting documents may not be eligible for a refund. Our decision shall be final and binding. Charges incurred towards shipping, packaging, Cash on Delivery (COD), bank charges, or other service fees are non-refundable.
